PS Flex Living was born from lived experience, not trends or opportunity.

Our founder was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she witnessed firsthand how housing instability quietly impacts lives. Veterans who had served their country were often left without consistent shelter, and young adults were forced to move from room to room—never fully settled, never fully secure.

Watching people simply try to stay housed without a real sense of stability never sat right with her.

Those early experiences shaped a deep belief: housing should be a foundation, not another barrier. While we understand we can’t help everyone or solve every housing challenge, we believe choosing to make a difference where we can is not optional.

PS Flex Living exists to provide flexible, structured co-living for individuals who are working, serving, and rebuilding. Our homes are intentionally designed to promote dignity, peace, and accountability—spaces where residents can focus on forward movement instead of uncertainty.

While PS Flex Living proudly prioritizes availability for veterans when possible, housing decisions are based on availability, compatibility with house standards, and standard screening criteria.
